What do I do if I forget my pin?

The PIN code used to enter Pando is set up when you first create your profile. It is a 4 digit PIN code and we recommend that it is different to your phone PIN code.

How do I change my PIN code to a new one?

From the app home page,

  • Click ‘Settings’ in the bottom right-hand corner
  • Scroll to the bottom
  • Sign out
  • Sign in again and re-authenticate using your secure email
  • Set your new PIN code

You will be asked to re-authenticate to confirm your identity so that you can reset the PIN code.
