How do I attach images taken on Pando to a Patient Record?

Exporting an image to your work email

You can easily send images from Pando to your work email address. This is the easiest way to attach photos to a patient’s record.

In order to so, simply tap on the gallery feature (the second icon along the bottom panel), tap on the image you would like to send and click on the envelope icon.

You will then be asked if you have been given consent to take the image. If you have not yet taken consent from the patient, you will be prompted to do so. After answering, the image will immediately be sent to the work email address you signed up with. You can then download the image and save it to the patient’s record.


Using Pando’s Web App?

If you are a desktop user, images can be downloaded to your computer via our Web App by right-clicking on an image and saving it. You can then upload this directly to the patient’s record.

The Pando Web App is part of our paid premium package, please speak with your organisation if you would like access to this.
